We were approached by our friends Nvisible Group for our sustainability and event coordination expertise to help deliver BBC Radio 2 Live 2022.
Our work was initially focused on ensuring sustainability compliance across the event to the letter of the BBC Sustainability Charter – establishing achievable goals and best practices with our established and trusted contractors.
We then coordinated all advance work for the show and supported the event manager with onsite coordination and site delivery on a particularly challenging site.
Following the devastating news of the death of Her Majesty, The Queen the show was cancelled and Always Live were there to support the wider event team by closing contracts and assisting with the cancellation of the show.
