Michael Bublé’s 2022 tour visited some of the most picturesque outdoor settings in the UK. We were tasked with site managing and creating site teams for three beautiful venues for the tour, ‘An Evening With Michael Bublé’.
Our work included site managing the semi-permanent venue builds; building and managing site teams and delivering a complete and safe site on time and within budget.
Touring over one of the UK’s hottest summers on record, this project faced immense challenges to crew safety and welfare, each site was built and managed safely and successfully through the extreme heat.
As with all Site Management projects, there is plenty of on-the-ground, hard grafting and last-minute, practical changes which arise from collaboration with the client, Larmac Live and the event manager.
